Judith Myram, Interior Community Services

Judith Myram is the Project Coordinator for Better at Home, Nicola Valley.

Interior Community Services provides many programs for Seniors in the Merritt area, including a seniors social lunch on the first three Saturdays of every month.

Judith and the volunteers provide lunch and an opportunity to meet and talk with other community members.

Interior Community Services also connects volunteers with seniors to go for walks, help with grocery shopping, and participate in other activities.

Some yard-care and other services are provided by contractors.

ICS is always looking for volunteers to share their special gifts.

Currently, Judith is looking for someone to help seniors with technology, like using phones and tablets to connect with family.

Judith is available to discuss possible projects that you think would help seniors.
